I am a patient of yours that when through Lupron ( 3 months ) shots for the missing protein ( important for implantation - did Integrin Test). My last shot was August 27, 2007 and we have been trying since then. We met up with you at your office this year in Jan anxious that we are still not pregnant :-(. We finally agreed that we will try for a few more months and if by May 2008, I am still not pregnant, we will attempt to try IVF.
I am 4 weeks late in my period. I did not do a pregnancy test earlier... because every month when I do my Basal Temp and ovulation test, there is a clear trend... and this past month...I noticed my ovulation date was 1 week late and my temperatures were all over (compared to my other charted months). So, I felt I had just missed 1 cycle...giving the reason to a stressful month ( no period on May 10...my periods have been *very* consistent with the 28 days cycle...until I had the Lupron shots last year...now the average cycle days are 28-34).
Anyway, I took a pregnancy test 2 days ago - June 3rd at night....but the test came out NEGATIVE :-(. Of course our *tiny* hope of being pregnant was led down...I am sad....and ....I still do not have my period today...(????)
Besides being down with the negative result, I think I should see a doctor with regards to why I am not getting my period. Should I schedule to see you or my OBGYN?
